DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Fleet Services Department is in need of one (1) Roll Back
Wrecker, and
WHEREAS, this vehicle will replace a 1996 wrecker, and
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock received bids under Bid #5343 for the
purchase of the Roll Back Wrecker, and the lowest responsible and responsive bid was
received from Diamond International in the amount of Sixt�--five Thousand, Four
Hundred Twenty-six and 39/100 Dollars ($65,426.39).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter
into a contract for the purchase of one (1) Roll Back Wrecker, for the amount of Sixty-
five Thousand, Four Hundred Twenty-six and 39/100 Dollars ($65,426.39).
Section 2. Funds for this purchase are to be allocated from Account 608-360-
6050-6051-7110.
Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so

declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
resolution.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that
are inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent
of such inconsistency.
