2 A RESOLUTION TO AWARD A CONTRACT TO HEIPLE
3 WIEDOWER ARCHITECTS TO PERFORM ARCHITECTURAL AND
4 ENGINEERING WORK FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
5 OTHER PURPOSES.
6 WHEREAS, bids were solicited for APO Architectural Service, under Bid No.
7 C05028, and
8 WHEREAS, Heiple Wiedower Architects submitted the lowest responsive and
9 responsible bid;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
13 Heiple Wiedower Architects, Bid No.005028 for performance of
14 architectural /engineering work on an as- needed basis.
15 Section 2. Fund allocation will be varied dependent upon the project, most of
16 which will be small in nature and performed on a predetermined hourly basis.
17 Section 3. This resolution will be in full force and effect from and after the date
18 of its adoption.
