PULASKI CO,AR FEE$20.00 2 ' S,,,cout&o,o`, 3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT 4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TITLED 5 PALMER REVISED SHORT-FORM PD-R,LOCATED AT 2919—2921 LEE 6 STREET AND 1312 KAVANAUGH BOULEVARD (Z-8098-A), CITY OF 7 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING 8 MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER 9 PURPOSES. 10 11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 12 ARKANSAS. 13 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD-R, 14 Planned Development-Residential to Revised PD-R, Planned Development-Residential: 15 Z-8098-A: the east part of Lot 10,Block 1,Midland Hills Addition to the City of Little 16 Rock,Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as: begin 93.0 feet east of the northwest 17 corner of said Block 1, thence South 85.0 feet; thence southeasterly along the north 18 line of Prospect Avenue(Kavanaugh Boulevard)65.0 feet;thence east 9.5 feet;thence 19 north 140.0 feet to the south side of Lee Avenue; thence west 50.0 feet to the point of 20 beginning. 21 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little 22 Rock Planning Commission. 23 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Palmer Revised Short-Form PD- 24 R, located at 2919 — 2921 Lee Street and 1312 Kavanaugh Boulevard (Z-8098-A), is conditioned upon 25 obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of 26 the Code of Ordinances. 27 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 28 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 29 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 30 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 31 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 32 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and [Page 1 of 2] 1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 2 ordinance. 3 Section 7.
