That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD, 13 Planned Commercial Development,to Revised PCD,Planned Commercial Development: 14 Z-3117-E: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of 15 Section 13, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, City of Little Rock,Pulaski County, 16 Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:commencing at the Southwest 17 corner of Section 13,Township 1 North,Range 13 West;thence 90 degrees East,458.8 18 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North 00 degrees 29 minutes East, 841.01 feet 19 to the South right-of-way line of Asher Avenue; thence North 56 degrees 37 minutes 20 East 286.44 feet along said right of way line; thence South 00 Degrees 29 Minutes 21 West 998.6 feet;thence 90 degrees West 237.6 feet to the point of beginning. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 5 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 6 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 7 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or iordinance isdeclared or adjudged tobe invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 8 word of this � g 9 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 10 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 11 ordinance. 12 Section 7. Repealer.
