4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
12 Isabel Anthony,reappointed to her second four(4)-year term, said term to expire June 30,2022.
13 Merritt Dyke,reappointed to his third four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30, 2022.
14 Stanley Hastings,Sr.,appointed to his first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30,2022.
15 Gordon Silaski,appointed to his first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30, 2022.
16 Melanie Taylor, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Mike Maulden, said term to expire on June
17 30,2020.
18 LaRand Thomas,appointed to her first four(4)-year term, said term to expire June 30,2022.
19 Patricia Wilson,reappointed to her second four(4)-year term, said term to expire June 30,2022.
