Little Rock Board of Directors Reconvened Meeting

The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in a reconvened meeting
with Mayor Mark Stodola presiding. City Clerk Susan Langley called the roll with the
following Directors present: Hendrix; Richardson; Peck; Hines; Wright; Wyrick; Fortson;
Adcock; Vice-Mayor Webb; and Mayor Stodola. Absent: Kumpuris.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Director Hines made the motion, seconded by Director Adcock, for the Board to go into
Executive Session for the purpose of personnel issues. By unanimous voice vote of
the Board Members present, the Board went into Executive Session for the purpose
of personnel issues.
The Board returned from Executive Session
Mayor Stodola stated that they had continued the discussion with City Attorney Tom
Carpenter regarding his response to the recent consultant's study regarding the day-to-
day operations of the City Attorney's Office. Mayor Stodola stated that City Attorney
Carpenter had provided the Board with a memorandum containing his responses, and
they would continue his in thirty (30) days.
Mayor Stodola stated that they the Board had begun their evaluation with City Manager
Bruce Moore; however, they would continue the process at an undetermined date.
Mayor Stodola stated that the Board would go into Executive Session on May 15, 2018,
for the purpose of Board and Commission appointments, and if the meeting was not
running long, they may have the opportunity to complete City Manager Moore's
evaluation.
Director Wright made the motion, seconded by Director Hines, to adjourn the meeting.
By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the meeting was adjourned.
