10 , Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-4343-LL: Part of the W'A of Section 13 and Part of the E'/2 of Section 14,T-2-N,
12 R-14-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
13 follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of Tract I,the Ranch, an Addition to the
14 City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas;thence N55°46'22"W,along the north
15 line of said Tract I,a distance of 88.25 feet;thence N45°26'34"W,along the north line
16 - of said Tract I,a distance of 88.72 feet;thence N36°03'32"W,along the north line of
17 said Tract 1, a distance of 71.84 feet; thence N31°52'03"W, along the north line of
18 said Tract I, a distance of 146.10 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of
19 Ranch Boulevard; thence along said easterly right-of-way line following the arc of a
20 447.96-foot radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance of
21 N47°27'41"E, 126.54 feet; thence continue along said easterly right-of-way line
22 following the arc of a 25.0-foot radius curve to the right,having a chord bearing and
23 distance of S78°04'39"E, 35.96 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of
24 Saratoga Drive; thence along said southerly right-of-way line the following courses:
25 (1)S31°49'10"E,51.01 feet;(2) S31°51'40"E,92.71 feet; (3)along the arc of a 343.31-
26 foot radius curve to the left, having a chord bearing and distance of S46°42'35"E,
27 175.87 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 14,the Ranch;thence S30°34'36"W,along
28 the west line of said Lot 14, a distance of 111.05 feet to the northwest corner of Lot
29 15, the Ranch; thence S31°01'07"W along the west line of said Lot 15,a distance of
30 39.33 feet to the point of beginning containing 1.2861 acres,more or less.
31 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
32 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
33 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

1 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty(30)days after the date of its
2 passage and approval.
3 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
4 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
5 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
6 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
7 ordinance.
8 Section 5. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
9 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
