HomeMy WebLinkAbout147491 RESOLUTION NO. 14,749 2 3 A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING 4 COMMISSION'S ACTION IN APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE 5 PERMIT TO ALLOW A MULTISECTIONAL MANUFACTURED HOME 6 ON THE R-2, SINGLE-FAMILY DISTRICT, ZONED PROPERTY 7 LOCATED AT 13324 COLONEL GLENN ROAD (Z-9292). 8 9 WHEREAS, an application was filed for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a multisectional 10 manufactured home on the R-2, Single -Family District, zoned property located in the City of Little 11 Rock's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction at 13324 Colonel Glenn Road; and 12 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its January 25, 2018, meeting, approved the 13 Conditional Use Permit application with a vote of 6 ayes, 4 nays and 1 absent; and 14 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission's action has been appealed to the Board of Directors of the 15 City of Little Rock, Arkansas; and 16 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas has determined that the 17 Little Rock Planning Commission's action in approving said conditional use permit to be inappropriate. 18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 19 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. 20 Section 1. The action of the Little Rock Planning Commission is approving a conditional use permit 21 to allow a multisectional manufactured home on the R-2 zoned property located at 13324 Colonel Glenn 22 Road is hereby rescinded. 23 Section 2.
