The Planning Commission reviewed this issue at its January 25,2018,meeting and there were 18 no objectors present. The Briarwood Neighborhood Association was notified of the public hearing. 19 Section 2. The description of the property to be abandoned is more directly described as follows: 20 G-23-468: Part of Plot 3 and part of Plot 4, Little Rock Land Company Medical and 21 Commercial Park as filed for record in Plat Book 32,Page 22, in part of the NE1/4 SE1/4, 22 Section 1, T-1-N, R-13-W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas being more 23 particularly described as follows: Commencing at the NW corner of Plot 1, of Little Rock 24 Land Company Medical and Commercial Park,being on the south right-of-way of Midtown 25 Avenue;thence S 02° 44'46" W along the west line of said Lot 1, a distance of 5.00 feet to 26 the NE corner of said Plot 3,being the south right-of-way of Midtown Avenue;thence N 87° 27 12' 54" W along said south right-of-way, a distance of 31.51 feet for the POINT OF 28 BEGINNING;thence S 01° 50'46"W,a distance of 294.02 feet;thence N 87' 10'22"W,a 29 distance of 50.00 feet;thence N 01°50'46"E,a distance of 294.00 feet to the south right-of- 30 way of Midtown Avenue;thence S 87° 11' 14"E along said south right-of-way,a distance of 31 39. 71 feet;thence S 87° 12'54"E along said south right-of-way,a distance of 10.28 feet to 32 the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.34 Acres(14,698 square-feet),more or less. In the event any portion of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or 2 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance, 3 which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional 4 was not originally a part of this ordinance. 5 Section 4. Repealer.
