A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING USE OF
EMINENT DOMAIN ON THE TAYLOR LOOP
ROAD (CANTRELL TO HINSON) STREET
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, attempts to acquire the temporary construction easements and right -of -way necessary for
construction of the Taylor Loop Road (Cantrell to Hinson) Street Improvements Project have been
unsuccessful; and
WHEREAS, efforts will continue to acquire necessary property without the use of eminent domain.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City is authorized to use eminent domain to complete acquisition of temporary
construction easements and right -of -way for this project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this property is available in account 314 - 220 -SR23.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
