3 AN YRISINWSICE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT
4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
5 MOSAIC CHURCH OF LITTLE ROCK REVISED LONG-FORM PCD,
6 LOCATED AT 6221 COLONEL GLENN ROAD (Z-8751-A), LITTLE
7 ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
8 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
9 PURPOSES.

11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
12 ARKANSAS.
13 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD,
14 Planned Commercial Development,to Revised PCD,Planned Commercial Development:
15 Z-8751-A: Part of Tract A of AGC Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
16 County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: commencing at the
17 southeast corner of Lot 3,AGC Addition to the City of Little Rock,Arkansas;thence
18 S03°13'05"W 46.46 feet; thence S02°49'00"E for 64.47 feet to the point of beginning;
19 thence S62°37'43"E for 274.41 feet; thence S05°22'13"W 565.25 feet; thence
20 S84°41'42"E for 259.99 feet to the west right-of-way United States Highway No. 67-
21 70, University Avenue 275'R/W; thence S05°23'24"W for 100.0 feet along said west
22 right-of-way; thence N84°41'42"W for 240.0 feet; thence S05°03'28"W for 57.80 feet
23 to the southerly line of said Tract A;thence N63°08'58"West along said southerly line
24 for 741.99 feet to the west line of said Tract A; thence N01°50'00"W along said west
25 line for 31.21 feet; thence N26°54'11"E for 288.30 feet; thence S63°05'49"E for 48.29
26 feet; thence N26°54'11"E for 288.30 feet; thence S62°37'43"E for 150.08 feet to the
27 point of beginning.
28 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
29 Rock Planning Commission.
30 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Mosaic Church of Little Rock
31 Revised Long-Form PCD, located at 6221 Colonel Glenn Road(Z-8751-A), is conditioned upon obtaining
32 final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of the Code of
33 Ordinances.

1 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
2 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
3 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
4 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
5 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
6 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
7 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
8 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
9 ordinance.
10 Section 7. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
11 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
