January 12, 2018, at the business offices of Mangan Holcomb Partners, 2300 Cottondale
Ln, Vice Chairman, Steve Homeyer called the meeting to order.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Steve Homeyer Wally Loveless
Justin Blagg Ed Peek
Bobby Cushman Bob Winchester
MEMBERS ABSENT: BJ Sanders-Woods One Open Position
Chris Hancock
Melissa Henshaw
Janet Wilson
ALSO PRESENT: Beth Carpenter, City Attorney’s Office
D.Tracy Spillman, Plans Development Administrator, Department
of Planning and Development, City of Little Rock.
SET THE DATE FOR THE ANNUAL CBC RETREAT:
The commissioners discussed setting a date and time for the CBC Annual Retreat. It was agreed
that the retreat would be held from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm on January 12, 2018 at the offices of
Mangan Holcomb Partners with Julie Robbins facilitating.
Vice Chairman Homeyer entertained a motion to set the date for the annual CBC Retreat.
Motion: Commissioner Peek made a motion that the annual CBC Retreat be held January 12 at
3:00 pm at Mangan Holcomb Partners, located at 2300 Cottondale Ln, Little Rock, AR
Second: Commissioner Cushman seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
APPROVAL OF GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR CBC RETREAT FACILITATOR
Vice Chairman Homeyer entertained a motion to purchase a gift certificate for the CBC Retreat
facilitator Ms. Julie Robbins.
Motion: Commissioner Peek made a motion to present a gift card to Ms. Robbins in the amount
of $150.00 to the Rejuvenation Day Spa, with Commissioner Homeyer purchasing the gift
card and being reimbursed by the Commission.
Second: Commissioner Cushman seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT:
Motion: Commissioner Loveless made a motion to adjourn.
Second: Commissioner Cushman seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:50 pm.
