3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH KUT KWICK CORPORATOIN, IN THE
5 AMOUNT OF SEVENTY THOUSAND, EIGHTY DOLLARS ($70,080.00),
6 FOR THE PURCHASE ONE (1) SLOPE CUTTING RIDING MOWER FOR
7 THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, the Public Works Department is in need of a Slope Cutting Riding Mower to replace a
10 used mower that currently requires high maintenance expenses; and,
11 WHEREAS, pursuant to RFP No. 17-182 it was determined that Kut Kwick Corporation submitted
12 the lowest responsible and responsive bid to provide such a mower;
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with Kut Kwick Corporation in
16 an amount not to exceed Seventy Thousand,Eighty Dollars($70,080.00),to purchase one(1)Slope Cutting
17 Riding Mower.
18 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are available in Public Works Vehicle and Equipment Account No.
19 205409-72300-S40B611.
20 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
21 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adju-
22 dication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect
23 as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the reso-
24 lution.
25 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with:
26 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
