Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a deferral of certain 12 requirements within the Master Street Plan along West Markham Street for Randall Harris &Associates 13 Architects as part of the Markham Center Square Subdivision Site Plan Review (S-1312-A), located at 14 9101 West Markham Street. 15 Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to dedicate right of way to the 16 requirements of the Master Street Plan will be deferred for a period of five(5)years, until a future 17 phase of development, until adjacent property is developed, or until a street project is proposed to 18 widen West Markham Street adjacent to the property, or whichever occurs first. The specific 19 deferral is for dedication of right of way of width from five(5)to seven(7)feet for approximately 20 715 linear-feet on West Markham Street for the frontage of the property which is part of the 21 Markham Center Square Subdivision Site Plan Review (S-1312-A), located at 9101 West 22 Markham Street. 23 Section 2. Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances is amended to provide for a deferral of certain 24 requirements within the Master Street Plan along West Markham Street for Randall Harris & Associates 25 Architects as part of the Markham Center Square Subdivision Site Plan Review (S-1312-A), located at 26 9101 West Markham Street. 27 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 28 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 29 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 30 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 31 ordinance. 32 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent 33 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
