3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE ONE (1) OPERATOR PERMIT AND 100
4 TAXICAB PERMITS FOR GREATER LITTLE ROCK
5 TRANSPORTATION SERVICE, LLC, FOR THE PERIOD FROM
6 JANUARY 1, 2018, TO DECEMBER 31, 2018; AND FOR OTHER
7 PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, Greater Little Rock Transportation Services, LLC (GLRTS), has properly applied for
10 approval of one (1) Operator Permit and 100 Taxicab Permits as set forth in Little Rock, Ark., Rev. Code
11 §§ 34-48 (1988), and has established that it is properly insured and in compliance with the City
12 Transportation Code;
13 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. GLRTS is granted one (1) Operator Permit and 100 Taxicab Permits for the period from
16 January 1, 2018,to December 31,2018.
17 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
18 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
19 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this resolution, which shall remain in full force and
20 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
21 resolution.
22 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances and resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
23 with the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency including,but
24 not limited to, Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 14,479(January 17, 2017).
