3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
12 Robert Winchester,reappointed to serve his second three(3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire
13 on October 19,2020.
14 Billie Woods,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year Landscape Architect term, said term to expire
15 on October 19,2020.
16 Justin Blagg,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on October
17 19,2020.
18 COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD:
19 Diana Thomas, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year Real Estate Business Community
20 Representative term, said term to expire on June 2,2020.
21 HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION:
22 Robert Hodge,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year Hillcrest District Owner and Occupant term,
23 said term to expire on June 15,2020.
24 Amber Jones, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year Governor's Mansion District Owner and
25 Occupant term, said term to expire on June 15, 2020.
26 LITTLE ROCK WATER RECLAMATION COMMISSION:
27 Deborah Shock,appointed to fill the unexpired term of Sonia Fonticiella Rios, said term to expire on
28 August 1,2020.
29 RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION:
30 Juliana Flinn,appointed to fill the unexpired Ward 3 Representative term of Paul Henry, said term to
31 expire on March 31, 2018.
32 RIVER MARKET DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE:
33 Mike Matchett, appointed to fill the unexpired Property Owner term of Willis Smith, said term to
34 expire on August 6, 2019.
