3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION:
12 Jeremiah Russell, reappointed to his second three (3)-year Architect term, said term to expire on
13 June 15,2020.
14 LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY:
15 Joseph Bailey,reappointed to serve his second five(5)-year term, said term to expire on July 6,2022.
16 LITTLE ROCK WATER RECLAMATION COMMISSION:
17 Chris Marsh,appointed to serve his first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on August 1,2021.
18 OAKLAND &FRATERNAL HISTORIC CEMETERY PARK BOARD:
19 Richard Butler, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on June 1,
20 2020.
21 Frances Ross, reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on June 1,
22 2020.
23 RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION:
24 Rachel Borne, moved from her previously appointed Ward 1 Position term, to fill the unexpired At-
25 Large term of April Sherrill Buirse, said term to expire on March 31,2018.
26 William Torrence,appointed to fill the unexpired Ward 7 Position term of April Moore, said term to
27 expire on March 31,2019.
