That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD, 13 Revised Planned Commercial Development,District to PCD,Revised Planned Commercial Development: 14 Z-6698-D: Tract 1 —Lots 3,4,5 and 6 Block 165,John Barrow Addition to the City 15 of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas,as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 1, 16 Page 55, and the S1/2 of that portion of West 39`h Street between Barrow Road and 17 Ludwig Street,abutting Blocks 165 and 166 of the John Barrow's Addition to the City 18 of Little Rock, Arkansas, vacated by Ordinance No. 16,176 recorded February 27, 19 1992,as Instrument No.90-11863. 20 21 Tract 2—Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 Block 166,John Barrow's Addition to the City of Little 22 Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas,as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 1,Page 55, 23 and the N1/2 of that portion of West 39th Street between Barrow Road and Ludwig 24 Street, abutting Blocks 165 and 166 of John Barrow's Addition to the City of Little 25 Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, vacated by Ordinance No. 16,176, recorded 26 February 27, 1992,as Instrument No. 92-11863. 27 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little 28 Rock Planning Commission. 29 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Norris Furniture Revised Short- 30 Form PCD, located at 3900 John Barrow Road (Z-6698-D), is conditioned upon obtaining fmal plan 31 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII,Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinpes,,,,,,, 32 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 5 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 6 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 7 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 8 ordinance. 9 Section 7. Repealer.
