3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 20, 2017, AS THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-
5 WAY FOR AN EASEMENT THAT IS A PORTION OF "C" STREET
6 LOCATED WEST OF WALNUT STREET (G-23-466), IN THE CITY OF
7 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, an appropriate application to abandon an easement that is a portion of"C" Street located
10 west of Walnut Street within the corporate limits of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, has been submitted
11 and reviewed by the Planning Commission;
12 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
14 Section 1. On June 20, 2017, at 6:00 PM, or as soon as it is possible to reach this item on its agenda,
15 in the Board Chambers of City Hall at 500 West Markham Street, 2id Floor, Little Rock, Arkansas,a public
16 hearing shall be held on the question of whether to abandon an easement that is a portion of"C" Street
17 located west of Walnut Street in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
18 Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law
19 by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
20 Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
