3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JUNE 20, 2017, AS THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON VARIOUS RIGHTS-OF-
5 WAY AND PLATS IN THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ADDITION,THE
6 GRANITE PARK ADDITION, AND THE FRISBY ADDITION (G-23-465);
7 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, the 3M Company has requested abandonment of parts of the Chamber of Commerce
10 Addition, the Granite Park Addition, and the Frisby Addition, which will include lots and rights-of-way
11 located generally south of Interstate 440, and east and north of Springer Road, and this request has been
12 submitted and reviewed by the Planning Commission;
13 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. On June 20, 2017, at 6:00 PM, or as soon as it is possible to reach this item on its agenda,
16 in the Board Chambers of City Hall at 500 West Markham Street,2"d Floor, Little Rock,Arkansas,a public
17 hearing shall be held on the question of whether to abandon parts of the Chamber of Commerce Addition,
18 the Granite Park Addition, and the Frisby Addition, which will include lots and rights-of-way located
19 generally south of Interstate 440, and east and north of Springer Road.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law
21 by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
22 Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
