3 A RESOLUTION TO SET APRIL 18, 2017, AS THE DATE OF PUBLIC
4 HEARING ON THE AMENDED USES OF 2017 CDBG ENTITLEMENT
5 FUNDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, Federal Regulations require that a public hearing must be conducted on the amended
8 uses of 2017 CDBG Entitlement Funds that the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, anticipates receiving from
9 the Department of Housing and Urban Development;
10 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. The public hearing regarding the amended uses of 2017 CDBG Entitlement Funds will be
13 held at six o'clock on the 18t''day of April,2017.
14 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
15 by law by publication once a week for (2) two consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
16 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
