3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENT TO ARKANSAS ARTS
4 CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
7 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
8 Section 1: The following named individuals are hereby appointed as a member of the Arkansas Arts
9 Center Board of Trustees:
10 Maribeth Frazier,to serve her first four(4)-year term, said term to expire on June 30,2021.
11 Section 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
