3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENT TO THE CENTRAL
4 ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEMS BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR
5 OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named individuals are hereby appointed as a member of the Central
10 Arkansas Library System Board of Trustees:
11 Dr. Salma Rawof, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December
12 31,2019.
13 Marian Berry, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on December 31,
14 2019.
15 Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
