3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT CITIZEN'S GRIEVANCE COMMITTEE:
12 Shanielle Cloird, appointed to serve her first four (4)-year Individual with Disability Representative
13 term, said term to expire on July 6,2020.
14 ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD:
15 Scott Apana, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year Ward 5 Representative term, said term to
16 expire on November 28, 2019.
17 James Downs, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year Ward 4 Representative term, said term
18 to expire on November 28,2019.
19 Dr. Bob Hale, reappointed to serve his third three (3)-year Doctor of Veterinary Medicine term, said
20 term to expire on November 28, 2018.
21 Samuel Macheak, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year Ward 6 Representative term, said
22 term to expire on November 28, 2019.
23 Mildred Randolph,reappointed to serve her second three(3)-year Ward 1 Representative term, said
24 term to expire on November 28,2019.
25 ARTS AND CULTURE COMMISSION:
26 Carol Worley, appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large term of Tina Poe Obermeier, said term to
27 expire on April 2,2019.
28 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
29 Starre Haas, appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large term of Becka Webb, said term to expire on
30 October 19,2018.
31 CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION:
32 Obray Nunnley,Jr.,appointed to his first six(6)-year term, said term to expire on April 1,2023.
33 LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION:
34 Jill Floyd, appointed to her first five (5)-year Qualified Elector of Municipality term, said term to
35 expire on December 31, 2021.

2 Tim Heiple, reappointed to serve his second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on January 31,
3 2020.
4 John Thomas, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on January 31,

6 LITTLE ROCK ZOO BOARD OF GOVERNORS:
7 Brad Cazort, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on February 16,
8 2020.
9 Wally Waller, reappointed to serve his third three (3)-year term, said term to expire on February 16,
10 2019.
11 RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION:
12 Steve Straessle, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on

14 RIVER MARKET DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE:
15 Michael McCallum,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year Design Professional term, said term to
16 expire on August 16, 2019.
17 Daniel Bryant,appointed to serve his first three(3)-year Downtown Partnership Representative term,
18 said term to expire on August 6,2019.
19 SISTER CITIES COMMISSION:
20 Julleah Johnson, reappointed to serve her second five (5)-year term, said term to expire on January
21 5, 2022.
22 Jing Zhao,appointed to serve his first five(5)-year term, said term to expire on Janaury 5,2022.
