4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED
5 GENESIS DATACOM SHORT-FORM PD-C, LOCATED AT 13008
6 LAWSON ROAD(Z-9185),PULASKI COUNTY,ARKANSAS,AMENDING
7 THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
8 ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, •
11 ARKANSAS. •
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R-2,
13 Single-Family District,to PD-C,Planned Development- Commercial:
14 Z-9185: Lot 1 of ECI Smith Subdivision to the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,
15 Arkansas, as shown on plat recorded as Plat No. C-688, records of Pulaski County,
16 Arkansas, and Part of the SE 1/4 NE '/4 Section 20, T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County,
17 Arkansas,being more particularly described as follows:Beginning at a point 317 feet
18 east of the southwest corner of the SE '/4 NE '/4; thence north 383.1 feet; thence east
19 126.676 feet; thence south 230.8 feet; thence east 79.6 feet; thence south 152.3 feet;
20 thence west 206.276 feet to the point of beginning.
21 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little
22 Rock Planning Commission.
23 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Genesis Datacom Short-Form
24 PD-C, located at 13008 Lawson Road (Z-9185), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within
25 the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
26 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval.
27 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
28 Arkansas,and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
29 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof
30 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
31 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
2 ordinance.
3 Section 7. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
4 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
