PULASKI CO,AR FEE$15.00 ' '.,`!(�;Si< Apt ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET PLAN (20,117) '/1111111111111` 4 TO CHANGE THE DESIGNATION OF THREE (3) BLOCKS OF 4TH 5 STREET, SOUTH OF ALEXANDER ROAD FROM ALEXANDER ROAD 6 TO HIGHWAY 111, FROM MINOR ARTERIAL TO COLLECTOR 7 STANDARD; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES; 8 9 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has reviewed the Master Street Plan and now 10 recommends the amendment for adoption. 11 .NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 12 OF LITTLE ROCK: 13 Section 1. Located in T1S R13W 18 Sec. 18, the segment of 4th Street located south of Alexander 14 Road from Alexander Road to Highway 111, three (3) blocks in length and wholly within the Little Rock 15 City Limits, is changed from Minor Arterial to Collector Standard. 16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 17 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 20 ordinance. 21 Section 3.Repealer.
