3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND RE-
4 APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS
5 AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 LITTLE ROCK CENT COMMITTEE:
12 June Matheny,appointed to serve her first three(3)-year term, said term to February 7,2020.
13 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
14 Robert Cushman, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
15 October 19,2019.
16 Melissa Henshaw, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
17 October 19,2019.
18 Janet Wilson, reappointed to serve her first three (3)-year At-Large term, said term to expire on
19 October 19,2019.
20 HISTORIC DISTICT COMMISSION:
21 Richard Kelley, changed from At-Large term to fill the unexpired Owner of Property located in the
22 MacArthur Park Historic District term of Rebecca Pekar, said term to expire on June 15, 2018.
23 Lauren Frederick, appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large term of Richard Kelley, said term to
24 expire on June 15,2018.
25 LAND BANK COMMISSION:
26 Angela McCloyen, appointed to fill the unexpired At-Large term of Hollie Hutchison, said term to
27 expire on March 19, 2020.
28 LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION:
29 Buelah Bynum, reappointed to serve her second three (3)-year term, said term to expire on
30 November 1,2019.
31 Gloria Todd-Rousseau, appointed to serve her first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on
32 November 1,2019.
33 Robert Stebbins, appointed to serve his first three (3)-year term, said term to expire on November 1,
