3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENT TO THE ARKANSAS
4 ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
7 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
8 Section 1: The following named individual is hereby appointed as a member of the Arkansas Arts
9 Center Board of Trustees:
10 Gary Cooper, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Debi Havner, said term to expire on June 30,
11 2017.
12 Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
