3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO
4 EXECUTE AGREEMENTS WITH PRESIDIO NETWORKED
5 SOLUTIONS, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-
6 SIX THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED SEVENTEEN AND 26/100 DOLLARS
7 ($336,217.26), FOR THE PHASE TWO PURCHASE, INSTALLATION
8 AND CONFIGURATION OF A VOICE-OVER INTERNET PROTOCOL
9 PHONE SYSTEM TO SUPPORT THE CITY'S DESK PHONES; AND FOR
10 OTHER PURPOSES;

12 WHEREAS, the City Manager has been authorized to execute agreements with Presidio Networked
13 Solutions, LLC (Presidio), for the purchase, installation, and configuration of a Voice-over Internet
14 Protocol Phone system to support the City's desk phones; and,
15 WHEREAS, Phase Two of this project is ready to proceed and will include phone equipment and
16 licensing for the Little Rock Zoo, Southwest Police Station, Southwest Community Center, Northwest
17 Police Station, Special Investigations Division, Fleet Services, Public Works Street Operations and
18 Building Services, the Emergency Operations Center, the Fire Training Academy and Traffic Control;
19 and,
20 WHEREAS, the cost of this project off of State contracting pricing will be Three Hundred Thirty-Six
21 Thousand,Two Hundred Seventeen and 26/100 Dollars($336,217.26) plus taxes and fees; and,
22 WHEREAS, the funds for this purchase are available from the Information Technology
23 Department's Capital Account(103001-72400).
24 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
25 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
26 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute agreements with Presidio for the Phase
27 Two purchase, installation, and configuration of a Voice-Over Internet Protocol Phone System to support
28 the City's desk phones.
29 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
30 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
33 resolution.

1 Section 3: Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
2 the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
