AND ALL OTHER SHOWS AND PERFORMANCES, PROVIDTI-1G, FOR THE CENSORING
OF ADVERTISING, PUBLICLY DISPLAYED PICTURES., LITERATURE, 14Z�-GA-
ZINES AND PUBLICS'MONS, PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLA-
TION THEREOF, REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

a penalty for the violation thereof, repealing certain ordinances,
and for other purposes.", is hereby amended to read as follows:
`SECTION 12. The Board of Censors shall pass on publications
at meetings called by t'-rte chairman provided a quorure, of a maj , ority
of all members of t'he Board are present. In passing upon publications
the Board may, upon a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of those present,
