Little Rock Board of Directors Reconvened Meeting
June 30, 2015

The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in a reconvened meeting
with Mayor Mark Stodola presiding. City Clerk Susan Langley called the roll with the
following Directors present: Hendrix; Webb; Cazort; Wright; Wyrick; Fortson; Kumpuris;
Adcock; and Mayor Stodola. Directors absent: Richardson and Vice-Mayor Hines
1. RESOLUTION: Election of the Vice-Mayor and appointments of Little Rock City
Board of Directors to represent Boards and Commissions of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas. ,
Director Cazort made the motion, seconded by Director Richardson, for the Board to go
into Executive Session for the purpose of the election of the Vice-Mayor. By unanimous
voice vote of the Board Members present, the Board went into Executive Session.
Director Kumpuris made the motion, seconded by Director Fortson, to elect Director
Lance Hines as Vice-Mayor. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present,
Director Hines was elected as Vice-Mayor.
Director Adcock made the motion, seconded by Director Hendrix, to adjourn the
reconvened meeting. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the
reconvened meeting was adjourned.
