3 A RESOLUTION TO SET NOVEMBER 15, 2016, AS THE DATE OF
4 PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING
5 COMMISSION'S ACTION IN APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE
6 PERMIT TO ALLOW A CONDITIONED MINI-WAREHOUSE
7 FACILITY ON THE C-3, GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTICT, ZONED
8 PROPERTY LOCATED AT 102 SOUTH RODNEY PARHAM ROAD,
9 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (Z-8629-B); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a Notice of Appeal has been filed as a result of the Planning Commission's approval of
12 a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Conditioned Mini-Warehouse Facility on the C-3, General
13 Commercial District, zoned property located at 102 South Rodney Parham Road; and,
14 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
16 Section 1. The hearing on the Notice of Appeal of the approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow
17 a Conditioned Mini-Warehouse Facility on the C-3 zoned property, located at 102 South Rodney Parham
18 Road (Z-8629-B), shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the
19 Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 15th day of November, 2016.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) conservative weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County, Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
