Therefore,the Green Tree Nursery would not be required to seekeitherrezoningoraconditionalusepermitpriortoobtainingabuildingpermitfortheproposedstructuraladditionontoitsexistingbuilding. This,interpretation is considered to apply to all structuraladditionsonpropertiesuponwhichconditionalusesarelocated.In a secondary action,the Board of Adjustment did instructtheChairmanofthatbodytowritealettertotheChairmanoftheLittleRockPlanningCommissionsuggestingthatan1111endmenttothetextoftheOrdinancebeconsideredwhich wouldclarifythemeaningorintentofthatsectionof-the Ordinance.
