3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENT TO THE ARKANSAS
4 ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
7 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
8 Section 1. Diane Jonsson is hereby appointed as a member of Arkansas Arts Center Board of Trustees
9 to fill the unexpired term of Kyle Stroud, said term to expire on June 30, 2019.
10 Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
