That the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof is 23 hereby established and laid off as City of Little Rock Municipal Property Owners'Multipurpose Improvement 24 District No. 2016-323 (Denny Road Project) for the purpose of providing recreational facilities and 25 maintaining the infrastructure and improvements within the District,together with facilities related to any of 26 the foregoing within said District. 27 Section 2. The following three (3) individuals are hereby appointed as Commissioners of said 28 Improvement District: Robert Graham Smith; Scott M. Hurley; and Zack DeYmaz. 29 Section 3. The name of Improvement District shall be City of Little Rock Municipal Property Owners' 30 Multipurpose Improvement District No.2016-323 (Denny Road Project). 31 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, subtitle, section, subsection, subdivision, paragraph, 32 subparagraph,item,sentence,clause,phrase,or work of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or 33 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance 34 which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional [Page 1 of 41 A 1 was not originally a part of this ordinance. 2 Section 5. Repealer. All ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the 3 provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency including,but not limited 4 to, Section 2 of Little Rock, Ark.,Ordinance No. 19,607 (October 3, 2006). 5 Section 6. Emergency Clause.
