3 AN'OIWINA,NE'E TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 21,087 (AUGUST 18,
4 2015) TITLED ALR ARKANSAS PROPERTIES LLC, PD-I, AND TO
5 REVOKE A PLANNED ZONING DISTRICT; AND FOR OTHER
6 PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 21,087 was passed on August 18, 2015, establishing a PZD, Planned
9 Zoning District,titled the ALR Arkansas Properties LLC,PD-I,Planned Development—Industrial; and,
10 WHEREAS,the auto paint or body rebuilding shop approved for ALR Arkansas Properties LLC,PD-
11 I is no longer a viable project and the owner of the subject property has requested the repeal of the"PZD"
12 ordinance and restoration of the zoning classification as previously existed; and,
13 WHEREAS,the Little Rock Planning Commission reviewed the request for revocation for the ALR
14 Arkansas Properties, LLC, PD-I at their August 11, 2016, public hearing and voted 9 ayes, 0 nays and 2
15 absent to forward the revocation request to the Little Rock Board of Directors for final action.
16 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
18 Section 1. That Ordinance No.21,087 is hereby repealed,removing from the Official Zoning Map the
19 classification of PD-I.
20 Section 2. That the underlying I-1, Industrial Park zoning classification is restored to the property
21 described as:Land lying in the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 22,Township 1 North Range 13 West,more
22 particularly described as follows: Commencing at the cotton picker spindle at the southeast corner of the
23 NW 1/4, SW 1/4 of said Section 22,thence north 88 degrees 27 minutes 39 seconds west 40.05 feet to a point
24 on the west right-of-way of Shackleford Road which is also the point of beginning;thence north 88 degrees
25 27 minutes 39 seconds west 435.81 feet; thence north 01 degrees 48 minutes 22 seconds east 462.85 feet;
26 thence south 87 degrees 56 minutes 23 seconds east 440.66 feet to a point on the west right-of-way of
27 Shackleford Road; thence continue along said right-of-way south 02 degrees 24 minutes 34 seconds west
28 458.89 feet to the point of beginning containing 4.636 acres,more or less.
29 Section 3. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
30 Arkansas,and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
31 to affect and designate the change provided for in Sections 1 and 2 hereof.
32 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
33 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or

1 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
3 ordinance.
4 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
5 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
