Little Rock Board of Directors Reconvened Meeting

The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, met in a reconvened meeting
with Mayor Mark Stodola presiding. City Clerk Susan called the roll with the following
Directors present: Hendrix; Richardson; Webb; Cazort; Hines; Wyrick; Fortson;
Kumpuris; Adcock; Vice-Mayor Wright; and Mayor Stodola. .
1. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Annual Evaluation of the City Attorney and City Manager.
Director Cazort made the motion, seconded by Director Fortson, for the Board to go into
Executive Session for the purpose of conducting the Annual Evaluation of the City
Attorney and City Manager.
Mayor Stodola stated that the Board met with both the City Attorney and City Manager
and found their performance to be acceptable and a motion was made to provide a 2.5%
pay raise retroactive to January 1, 2016. In addition, Mayor Stodola stated that the
motion was made for verification regarding the number of PTO hours for annual accrual
for City Attorney Tom Carpenter. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members
present, the motions were approved.
Director Cazort, made the motion, seconded by Director Wright, to adjourn the
reconvened meeting. By unanimous voice vote of the Board Members present, the
reconvened meeting was adjourned.
