3 A RESOLUTION TO SET SEPTEMBER 6, 2016, AS THE DATE OF
4 PUBLIC HEARING ON AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING
5 COMMISSION'S ACTION IN DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE
6 PERMIT TO ALLOW A WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ON THE
7 PROPERTY LOCATED AT 25616 HIGHWAY 10 (Z-8170-C); AND FOR
8 OTHER PURPOSES. (Z-8170-C)

10 WHEREAS, a notice of appeal has been filed as a result of the Little Rock Planning Commission's
11 denial of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a wastewater treatment plan on the property located at 25616
12 Highway 10.
13 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
15 Section 1. The hearing on the notice of appeal of the denial of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a
16 wastewater treatment plant on the property located at 25616 Highway 10 (Z-8170-C) shall be held at a
17 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
18 on the 6th day of September, 2016.
19 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
20 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
21 County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
