4 NO. 18,155 (1999), ORDINANCE NO. 15,998 (1991)AND ORDINANCE NO.
5 17,515 (1997)AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, after review of Annexation Ordinances, staff believes that three (3) Scribner's errors
8 should be corrected.
9 NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINDED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
10 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: •
11 Section 1. Ordinance No. 18,155, dated December 7, 1999,annexed certain lands that are completely
12 surrounded by the incorporated limits of the City of Little Rock; including `Island G'. `Island G' legal
13 description be corrected form 'part of the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 36'to 'part of the SW1/4 SE1/4 of
14 Section 36'.
15 Section 2. Ordinance No. 15,998, dated January 15, 1991, annexed Property also known as Chenal
16 Mountain Parkway #2 excluding adjacent streets and public rights-of-way. Ordinance No. 15,998 be
17 corrected to include adjacent streets and public rights-of-way, in particular the adjacent right-of-way of
18 Cantrell Road also known as Arkansas Highway No. 10.
19 Section 3. Ordinance 17,515, dated July 1, 1997, annexed Property also known as Chenal Valley
20 makes no reference to adjacent streets and public rights-of-way. Ordinance No. 17,515 be corrected to
21 including adjacent streets and public rights-of-way,in particular the adjacent right-of-way of Cantrell Road
22 also known as Arkansas Highway No. 10.
23 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title,section,paragraph, item,sentence,clause,phrase,or
24 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
25 adjudication shall not affect the remaining"portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
26 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
27 ordinance.
28 Section 5. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
29 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
