BRACK'S ADDITION, OF THE 9 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (G-23-463), AND FOR OTHER 10 PURPOSES. 11 12 WHEREAS, the adjacent property owner requests to abandon the following rights-of-way within 13 the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) Campus: Santa Fe Avenue (twenty (20)-foot width) 14 between West 28th and West 29th Streets (295 feet); West 29th Street(forty(40)-foot width),west of Santa 15 Fe Avenue and east of Fillmore Street(101 feet); South Fillmore Street(twenty(20)-foot width)between 16 West 29th and West 30th Street (363 feet); and the east-west alley right-of-way (twenty (20)-foot width) 17 within Block 1, C.O.Brack's Addition(eight-eight(88)feet). 18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE 19 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 20 Section 1. The hearing on the request to abandon portions of Santa Fe Avenue, West 29th Street 21 (20)-foot width) between West 28th and West 29th Streets (295 feet); West 29th Street (forty (40)-foot 22 width), west of Santa Fe Avenue and east of Fillmore Street (101 feet); South Fillmore Street (twenty 23 (20)-foot width) between West 29th and West 30th(363 feet); and the east-west alley right-of-way(twenty 24 (20)-foot width)within Block 1, C.O. Brack's Addition (eighty-eight(88)feet), shall be held at a meeting 25 of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on 26 August 2,2016. 27 Section 2.
