3 A RESOLUTION TO CHANGE THE NAME OF VILLA VISTA DRIVE
4 TO SHADY THICKET LANE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. (G-25-219)

6 WHEREAS,the owner of the tract at the end of Villa Vista Drive has filed a petition to change the
7 name of the street to Shady Thicket Lane; and,
8 WHEREAS,Villa Vista Drive is a short stub street and no properties have an address on the street so
9 the street name change will affect no current addresses; and,
10 WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its June 2, 2016, meeting, voted to
11 recommend approval of the proposed street name change with'a vote of 10 ayes, 0 nays and 1 absent.
12 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF 1'HE CITY
13 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
14 SECTION 1. The name of Villa Vista Drive is hereby changed to Shady Thicket Lane.
15 SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and the City
16 Manager is hereby directed to notify all Departments of said change.
