3 A RESOLUTION TO SET THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR JULY
4 19, 2016, ON AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION'S
5 RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A REQUESTED ZONING
6 DISTRICT, TITLED SM INVESTMENTS MIDTOWN, LLC, SHORT-
7 FORM PCD, LOCATED AT 4520 WEST MARKHAM STREET, IN THE
8 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (Z-2933-B); AND FOR OTHER
9 PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the appeal of the Planning
12 Commission's recommendation of denial for a PCD, Planned Commercial Development, located at 4520
13 West Markham Street,Little Rock, Arkansas;
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The hearing on the appeal of the Planning Commission's recommendation of denial for a
17 requested zoning district titled SM Investments Midtown, LLC, Short-Form PCD, located at 4520 West
18 Markham Street(Z-2933-B), is to be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock
19 in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on July 19, 2016.
20 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
21 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
22 County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
