7 ON THE 0-2, OFFICE AND INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICT, ZONED
8 PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15401 CHENAL PARKWAY. Z-484 -

9 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk to appeal the Planning Commission's
12 approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the Chenal Lofts high-rise multifamily development
13 proposed for the 0-2, Office and Institutional District, zoned property located at 15401 Chenal Parkway,
14 pursuant to its General Police Power Authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104, in the City of Little
15 Rock,Arkansas.
16 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
17 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
18 Section 1. The hearing on the petition to appeal the approval for a Conditional Use Permit to allow
19 the Chenal Lofts high-rise multifamily development proposed for the 0-2, Office and Institutional
20 District, zoned property located at 15401 Chenal Parkway, shall be held at a meeting of the Board of
21 Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 17th day of May,
22 2016.
23 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
24 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
25 County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
