PtJLASKI CO,AR FEE$20.00 lir .. �`� . 2 '',,''COUNTY,P�``ON 3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING DEVELOPMENT 4 AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TITLED 5 BETHEL TEMPLE COGIC SHORT-FORM PID, LOCATED ON THE 6 NORTHEAST CORNER OF WEST 33RD AND MARY STREETS (Z-9107), 7 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING 8 MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER 9 PURPOSES. 10 11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 12 ARKANSAS. .13 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from I-2, 14 Light Industrial District,to PID,Planned Industrial District: 15 Z-9107: Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 4 Intercity Addition to the City of Little Rock, 16 Pulaski County,Arkansas as shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 2,Page 98,Records 17 of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and a strip of land formerly platted as an alley lying 18 north of and adjacent to the above described property now closed by Little Rock . 19 Ordinance No. 15,465, recorded as Document No. 88-20566, records of Pulaski 20 County,Arkansas. 21 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 22 Little Rock Planning Commission. • 23 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Bethel Temple COGIC Short- 24 Form PID, located on the northeast corner of West 33`d and Mary Streets (Z-9107), is conditioned upon 25 obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454 (e) of 26 the Code of Ordinances. 27 SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 28 SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 29 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 30 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 31 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, 32 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and [Page 1 of 2] 1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 2 ordinance. 3 SECTION 7. Repealer.
