That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from 13 Revised PD-R,Planned Development—Residential,to Revised PD-R,Planned Development-Residential: 14 Z-6883-E: Part of Lots 3&4,Block 49,Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little 15 Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas, described as follows: Commence at the SW corner 16 of said Lot 4;thence NO0°26'22"E,along the west line of said Lot 4,90.98 feet;thence 17 N78°37'23"E,76.95 feet;thence S00°15'23"W,22 feet;thence S06°37'23"E,50.07 feet 18 to the south line of said Lot 3; thence S67°04'49"W,88.41 feet along the south line of 19 Lots 3 & 4, 88.41 feet to the point of beginning, together with a ten (10)-foot sewer 20 easement. 21 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 22 Little Rock Planning Commission. 23 SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Harkins Revised Short-form 24 PD-R, located at 5213I Street(Z-6883-E)is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time 25 specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 26 SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 27 SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 28 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 29 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 30 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, 31 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 34 ordinance.
