That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as • 11 indicated: • 12 Z-9103: Described as part of the SE VI NW 1/4 and NE 1/4 SW'/o of Section 34,T-2-N, 13 R-13-W, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as 14 follows: Commence at the southeast corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1A,thence N89°10'56" 15 , W, along said south line of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4,401.33 feet to the point of beginning; 16 thence S17°11'25" W, 7.87 feet; thence S89°14'15" W, 250.06 feet; thence 17 NO3°26'11" W, 14.48 feet to a point on the south line of said SE Y4 NW 1/4; thence 18 N06°13'31" W, 285.61 feet; thence N49°03'16" E, 214.78 feet; thence S48°35'05" E, 19 266.6 feet; thence S17°11'25" W, 263.71 feet toP oint on the south line of said SE 1/4 20 NW 1/4,containing 2.62 acres,more or less. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 29 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 30 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 31 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 32 ordinance. 33 Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent 34 with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
