AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED 5 O'REILLY AUTOMOTIVE STORE SHORT-FORM PD-C, LOCATED 6 SOUTH OF EAST ROOSEVELT ROAD BETWEEN ROCK AND 7 . COMMERCE STREET (Z-9097), LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, 8 AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE 9 ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 10 11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, 12 ARKANSAS. 13 SECTION 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be,changed from C- 14 3,General Commercial District,to PD-C, Planned Development-Commercial: 15 Z-9097: Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 Pettefer's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski 16 County, Arkansas, and what was formerly platted as an alley lying between Lots 5 17 and 6 on the west and Lots 7 and 8 on the east, now closed by Ordinance No. 12,402, 18 recorded November 6,1970,in Deed Book 1,125,Page 232,records of Pulaski County, 19 Arkansas. 20 SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 21 Little Rock Planning Commission. 22 SECTION 3..That the change in zoning classification contemplated for O'Reilly Automotive Store 23 Short-Form PD-C, located South of East Roosevelt Road between Rock Street and Commerce Street (Z- 24 9097), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article 25 VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 26 SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 27 . SECTION 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little . 28 . Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 29 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 30 SECTION 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, 31 or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and [Page 1 of 2] 1 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 2 ordinance. 3 SECTION 7. Repealer.
