3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JANUARY 19, 2016, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE PETITION TO APPEAL THE PLANNING
5 COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL FOR A PLANNED
6 COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT TITLED 719 NORTH SPRUCE
7 STREET SHORT-FORM PD-C, LOCATED AT 719 NORTH SPRUCE
8 STREET (Z-9048), IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
9 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk to appeal the Planning Commission's
12 recommendation of denial for a Planned Commercial Development located at 719 North Spruce Street,
13 pursuant to its general Police Power Authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104, in the City of Little
14 Rock,Arkansas.
15 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
17 Section 1. The hearing on the petition to appeal the denial for a Planned Zoning District titled 719
18 North Spruce Street Short-Form PD-C, located at 719 North Spruce Street (Z-9048), shall be held at a
19 meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
20 on the 15th day of December,2015.
21 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
22 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
23 County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
