3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JANUARY 19, 2016, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON A PETITION TO ABANDON A UTILITY EASEMENT
5 LOCATED IN LOT 3, PHASE 1, GATEWAY TOWN CENTER (G-24-050),
6 IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
7 PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 approve the abandonment of a ten (10)-foot easement and right-of-way located in the southern portion of
11 Lot 3, Phase I, Gateway Town Center Addition, located at Bass Pro Drive and Interstate 30 North
12 Frontage Road, Pulaski County, Arkansas, pursuant to its general Police Power Authority under Ark.
13 Code Ann. §14-54-104, in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas;
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be held
17 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
18 o'clock on December 15,2015.
19 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
20 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
21 County,Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
