3 A RESOLUTION TO SET JANUARY 19, 2016, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON A PETITION TO ABANDON AN ACCESS EASEMENT
5 AND A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT 15104 — 15122 CANTRELL
6 ROAD IN THE MAGNOLIA TERRACE ADDITION (G-24-049); TO THE
7 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
8 OTHER PURPOSES.

10 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
11 approve the abandonment of a platted access easement and a platted utility easement shared between Lots
12 1 and 2 located in the Magnolia Terrace Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
13 pursuant to its general Police Power Authority under Ark. Code Ann. §14-54-104;
14 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be held
17 at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
18 o'clock on December 15,2015.
19 Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
20 by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
21 County,Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
